Age
Limit: The upper age limit
for Senior Manager/Chief Manager – E4/E5 is 45 years, for Assistant Manager –
E1 is 35 years, and for Senior Manager – E4 is 40 years. Relaxations will be
applicable as per the rules.
Educational
Qualifications: Candidate
must possess M.Sc in Organic Chemistry/Ph.D (Chemistry) for the Senior
Manager/Chief Manager- E4/E5 post, M.Sc in (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemistry)
for Assistant Manager -E1, CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) along with 1 year Diploma in
Computer Application for Senior Manager-E4.
Selection
Process: Candidates may be
selected on the basis of written/ Interview/ Group Discussion.
