Society, Bihar under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), invites applications

2. Consultant (Data Analysis, Data Use and Documentation) – 01 Post
3. Coordinator (HMIS Supportive Supervision and Data Validation) – 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidate should
have maximum age limit 45 years as on 31-10-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess MBA (Health/ IT)/ MCA/
B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Post Graduate degree OR diploma in Public Health
for Senior Executive (IT) & Consultant posts and Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Application/ Statistics for Co-Ordinator post.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay application fee of
Rs.500/- for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs.
200/- for SC/ ST candidates. Application Fee in the form of Bank Draft drawn on
any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring “State Health Society,
Bihar”.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the
basis of performance in Interview.
How to
Apply: Candidates need to apply through prescribed application format available in the notification, fill it with
all given mandatory details, affix recent pass port size photograph on it and
sent along with the original bank draft and self attested photocopies of
certificates in sealed envelope, only through speed/ registered post to the
Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan,
Sheikhpura, Patna-800014 on or before 16-12-2012.
Last Date for Receipt of Application Form: 16-12-2012 at 5.00 PM
