Name of the Post:
1. Jr. LT (Malaria): 02 posts
2. MPHW (M): 33 posts
Age
Limit: Candidate age
must be between 18 to 32 years for Jr. LT (Malaria) Posts . (Age relaxations
will be extended as per rules).
Educational
Qualification: Candidate
must possess D.M.L.T from any of the three Govt Medical College of State/ AICTE
approved institution for Jr. Lt (Malaria) post and passed Diploma in Pharmacy
from their Govt or recognized institutions of Odisha & register with Odisha
Pharmacy Council for MPHW (M) post.
Selection
Procedure: Selection will
be made on the basis of Marks obtained academic qualification and Interview.
How to
Apply: Eligible
candidates may walk in interview along with application and Original
certificates, Mark sheets and copies of relevant documents on 26-11-2012 at
10.00 AM at NRHM Conference Hall.
