RRC Gorakhpur Vacancy Details:

Number of Vacancies: 16

Names of Posts: Group C & Group D (Sports Quota)

1. GP-2800 or 2400 Group ‘C’

2. GP-2000 or Group ‘C’

3. GP-1800 Group ‘D’

Disciplines:
1. Wrestling (Men) – 03 Posts.

2. Hockey (Women) – 07 Posts.

3. Kabaddi (Men) – 01 Post.

4. Athletics (Women) – 01 Post.

5. Football (Men) – 04 Posts.

Age Limit: Candidate should have 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matric/ ITI/ 10+2/ Degree with Necessary Sports Qualification.

Examination Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.60/- for the post having GP Rs.2400-2800 and Rs.40/- for the post having GP Rs.1800, 1900 & 2000. The demand draft of Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Assistant Personnel Officer RRC, North Eastern Railway payable at Gorakhpur.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis assessment of sports achievement and general intelligence/ personality test etc.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format available in the notification, fill the form completely, affix self attested pass port size photograph on it, along with self attested copies of certificates, one passport size photograph and DD/ Indian Postal Order with super scribing on the envelope as “Application against Sports Quota 2012-13 (Open Advertisement Scheme)” to be sent in a cover to the Assistant Personnel Officer/ RRC, North Eastern Railway, CCM Annexure Building Railway Road No.14, Gorakhpur-273012 or may also dropped in the box kept in the RRC/ NER Gorakhpur’s Office on or before 17-12-2012.
