1. Nutrition cum Counsellor – 01 Post.

2. ANM/ Nursing Assistant – 04 Posts.

3. Immunization Computer Assistant (ICA) – 01 Post.

Age Limit: Candidate should have within 30 years for Immunization Computer Assistant (ICA) post as on 30-11-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Graduation in Home Science for Nutrition Cum Counsellor post, HSC & must be registered with Odisha Nursing Council for ANM/ Nursing Assistant post and Graduation in relevant disciplines for Immunization Computer Assistant (ICA) post.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for walk in interview and get Registered from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM in the Office of the CDMO, Boudh and bring duly filled prescribed application form available in the notification, fill that form completely, affix passport size photograph on it, along with originals and one set of attested copies of certificates & two recent passport size photographs at the Office of the CDMO, Boudh on 19-11-2012 and for Immunization Computer Assistant (ICA) post candidate should sent application form along with relevant documents to the Office of the CDMO, Boudh on or before 20-11-2012.
