ASRB Jobs 2012 – 208 Various Vacancies: Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) invites applications from the Indian Nationals for 208 various scientific posts under different institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. Names of Posts:

1. Director: 09 posts

2. Assistant Director General: 03 posts

3. Project Director: 01 post

4. Head of Division: 21 posts

5. Project Coordinator: 02 posts

6. Joint Director: 01 post

7. Principal Scientist: 33 posts

8. Senior Scientist: 138 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 47 years for Sr Scientist, 52 years for Project Scientist and for remaining posts candidate should refer to the notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Doctoral Degree/ Doctoral Degree in Engineering/ Master Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in relevant branch from a recognized University. For complete details candidate should refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay Rs. 500/- in the form of crossed demand draft drawn in favour Secretary, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India) and for the candidates abroad, the application fee should be accompanied with a crossed International Bank Draft for US $50 drawn in favour of Secretary, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). SC/ST/Women/PH candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, fill it with all given mandatory details, affix recent passport size photograph on it and sent application form along with DD,  two envelopes (27 cm X 12 cm) First envelope: Name of the post with Advertisement No. & Item no. may be given on the top of the envelope, while name of the Forwarding Authority with complete office address of the candidate may be given in the middle of the envelope. Second envelope: Name of the post with Advertisement No. & Item No. may be given on the top of the envelope, while name of the candidate and his/her address for correspondence (residential address) may be given in the middle of the envelope and copies of relevant certificates to the following address “To the Secretary, ASRB, Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan I, Pusa, New Delhi-110012″ on or before 26-12-2012.
