Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 years to 30 years, but not completed 30 years as on 01-01-2013 and for Assistant Programmer and Librarian minimum age limit is 21 years as on 01-01-2013, for Chhattisgarh Candidates upper age limit is 35 years. Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess First Class BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) for Sr. No. 1 Post, Higher Secondary Pass from recognized institution/10+2 pass along with certificate of short hand 100 words per minute and certificate of English typing in computer with 35/30 words per minute speed for Steno (English) post and steno posts, 10+2 pass along with certificate of typing in computer 25 words per minute and depression of 60 words per minute in Hindi shorthand writing for Steno (Hindi), Steno Typist post, 10+2 along with the Diploma of Programming/Data Entry Certificate from Recognized institution & Hindi typing in Computer for Helper Grade-III posts, 10+2/three year diploma in any subject and Data Entry Operating Diploma for Data Entry Operator posts, Librarian Science from any recognized university and DCA for Asst Librarian post.

Application Fee: Unreserved/OBC Candidates must pay Rs.700/- and Rs.500/- to be paid by SC/ST as application fee for purchasing OMR from the Head Post Offices.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written Exam conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board.

How to Apply: Candidate has to remit the prescribed amount in the head post offices of all the districts from 11-12-2012 to 27-12-2012 for OMR and for the Divisional Offices of Raipur, Ambikapur, Bilaspur and Jagdalpur regions OMR will be available from 28-12-2012 to 31-12-2012.Affix photograph and submit it in the post office on or before 01-01-2013.
