Chhattisgarh has issued notification for recruitment of 232 various positions
under NPCDCS and NPHCE at State, District & Block level on contract basis.
Eligible candidates can apply online from 11-12-2012 to 31- 12-2012. For more

Age
Limit: Candidates age must
be 30 years for Data Entry Operator Posts and for remaining all post 40 years
as on 01-12-2012.
Educational
Qualifications: Candidates
must possess Graduate and Diploma in Computer Application for Sr. No. I post,
Graduate in any stream for Sr. No. 2 and Graduate and Diploma in Computer
Application for Sr. No. 3 post, Bachelor of Medical Technology (B.Sc (M. L.
T)/Diploma in D. M. L. T for Sr. No. 4 post, Bachelor Degree in Nursing for Sr.
No. 5 post, Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (B. P. T) for Sr. No. 6 post. For
remaining posts candidate should refer the notification.
Application
Fee: Unreserved/OBC
Candidates must pay Rs.700/-, SC/ST candidates must pay Rs.400/- as Application
fee in the form of Demand Draft from SBI or core branches of SBI in the form of
Challan and Rs.25/- as additional charges for Challan must be paid.
Selection
Process: Candidates will be
selected on the basis of written test/ screening test followed by interview.
How to
Apply: Candidates have to
apply through online from website www.cgncd.in on or before 31-12-2012.

2. Fill the application with necessary details.
3. No need to enclose any documentary proofs along with the online applications.
4. Image (Recent Passport size Photograph) and signature may be scanned and uploaded.
5. After filling up of all details re check the details carefully because of no chance for correction after
submission.
6. Submit and take 2 hard copies of the application for further use and remain it safely.
7. Candidates must remember that they have to note correctly the ID and Password generated by the system after submission.
