II. Senior Resident:

1. General Medicine – 01 Post

2. Gynecology – 01 Post

3. Orthopedics – 01 Post

4. Pediatrics – 01 Post

5. Pulmonary Medicine – 01 Post

6. Surgery – 01 Post

III. Senior Residents in All Departments:

1. All Departments – 21 Posts

IV. Ayurveda Physician:

1. Ayurveda – 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidate should have not exceeding 35 years for Senior Resident & Ayurveda Physician Posts and not exceeding 64 years for Part Time Specialist post as on 13-12-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBBS/ BAMS/ PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialties.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST candidates) in form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1.payable at SBI, Parippally. Female   applicants   are   exempted   from Application Fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to attend for walk in interview with prescribed application format as given in the notification,  fill it completely, affix passport size photograph on it, along with all original documents, one set of xerox copies of all original documents, two recent passport size photographs and the requisite application fee at the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital,  Parippally,  Kollam on 13-12-2012 at 2.00 PM.
