Age limit: Below 55 Years for Registrar vacancy, below 48 years for Deputy Registrar, below 45 years for Asst Registrar and Senior System Analyst, below 40 years for System Analyst/Scientist B, below 35 years for Physical Training Instructor, 32 years for Jr Superintendent, Jr Technical Superintendent, Jr Accounts Officer, Staff Nurse, and Sr Library Information Asst, 27 years for Jr Accountant, Jr Laboratory Asst and Jr Assistant as on 21-01-2013.

Educational Qualifications: M. Tech /B. Tech or M.Sc /MCA for System Analyst/Scientist B, PG and Diploma for Physical Training Instructor, B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/  Chemical/ Civil/ Computer Science for Jr Technical Superintendent and Jur Accounts Officer, 10+2 or equivalent for Staff Nurse, Master and Bachelor Degree with Library Science for Sr Library Information Asst, B.com / Tally for JAV, B.Sc in Physics and Bio Chemistry for Jr Laboratory Asst, Bachelor Degree for Jr Assistant and for remaining posts refer notification.

Selection Process: Selection process will be made through Interview.

Application fee: Rs.100/- for General and OBC candidates, should be paid by Demand Draft in a nationalized bank, in favor of ‘IIT Gandhinagar Main Account’. No fee per SC/ST/PWD and All women candidates.

How to Apply: Application in prescribed format with full particulars together with a Demand Draft and self attested copies of certificates / testimonials of qualification, Experience and caste (in case of OBC, latest non-creamy layer certificate is essential)/PH  (authorized medical certificate), should reach Deputy  Registrar (Admin.), IIT Gandhinagar, VGEC Campus, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424 on or before 21-01-2013 and Candidates who are apply for more than one post, must use separate DD for separate post.
