1. State ASHA Program Manager – 01 Post

2. State ASHA Training & Monitoring Coordinators – 02 Posts

3. State Data Assistant – 01 Post

4. Office Assistant – 01 Post

5. District ASHA Coordinators – 21 Posts

6. Block/ CHC/ ASHA Coordinators/ Community Mobilizers – 104 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate should have not more than 55 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess 10+2/ Diploma/ Graduation/ PG in relevant disciplines.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in interview.          

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format as given in the notification, fill it completely and along with two Passport size photographs, attested copies of Educational Qualifications & Experience should be attached with the application must be reach on or before 10-12-2012 to the Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission (Haryana) Bays No. 55-58, Sector-2, Panchkula-134109 for Sr. No. 1 to 4 posts and Applications for Sr. No. 5 to 6 the applications are required to be directly sent to respective Civil Surgeons in the State.
