Age Limit: Candidates are requested to see the notification for post wise age limit & Relaxations.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates Applying for the Staff in District NCD Cell & State NCD Cell must possess MBBS or equivalent Degree for DPO post, CA/ICWA/M.Com/MBA with computer knowledge for Finance cum Logistics for Officer posts, Graduate in any stream, knowledge and experience in office work, short hand, typing for Programme Assistants post, Graduate, diploma in computer applications for Data Entry Operators for remaining posts candidates are requested to refer the notification.

How to Apply: Candidates are requested to download the application format from the notification or from the website www.health.mp.gov.in and fill it with all mandatory details, affix photo, attested copies of all educational proofs, age, experience certificates and super scribe the cover by the name of the post to be applied for and send it to the State Nodal Officer, Disease Control Programme, Directorate of Health Services, Fifth Floor, Saathpuda  Bhawan, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh) for state level posts and for District Level posts send the applications to the Head of the Officer of the Medical and Health Care on or before 25-12-2012 by Registered Post/By Hand.
