Name of the Post:
1. Sub-Inspector (Civil): 54 Posts
2. CT/Pioneer:
i. Mason: 194 Posts
ii. Plumber: 46 Posts
iii. Electrician: 72 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates’ age
must be between 18 Years to 30 years for SI post & between 18 years to 23
years for Constable Post. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be
01-01-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized
Board with One year experience in respective trades with certificate from ITI
for the post of Constable, Intermediate with 3 years Diploma in Civil
Engineering from a recognized Board or equivalent for SI post.
Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- in the form of
IPO/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “The Deputy Inspector
General of Police” of respective application receiving centers. Fee is exempted
for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test, Physical
Standards Test, Written Test, Trade Test for only constable post, Medical Exam
and Interview for all posts.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may apply through prescribed application format, affix photo,
attest signature on the application and super scribed “Application for the Post
of SI(Civil)/Constable(Pioneer) in CRPF” on the envelope and send it along with
copies of all relevant documents and payment receipt to the respective
addresses as mentioned in the notification on or before 13-02-2013.
Important Dates:
Last Date for Receipt of application: 13-02-2013
Commencement & completion of recruitment process: 25-03-2013 to 01-04-2013
Written test at all centers: 14-04-2013 at 10.00 am
Trade test, Interview, Medical examination: 20-05-2013 to25-05-2013
Review Medical Examination of candidates declared medically unfit: 29-06-2013 to 01-07-2013
