Junagadh Agricultural University Recruitment 2013 – 33 Faculty Vacancies: Junagadh Agricultural
University has issued notification for filling up of 33 Professor &
Associate Professor Vacancies. Eligible candidates have to apply in a
prescribed format on or before 28-01-2013. For more details regarding

Junagadh University Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 33
Name of the Posts:
I. Under Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry:
1. Professor: 08 posts
2. Associate Professor: 25 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age must be 55 years for Professor Posts, 45 years for
Associate Professor Posts. Age Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Second Class
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, Ph.D. in subject
related to the concerned field & basic knowledge of computer application
for Professor & Associate Professor Posts.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 500/- as application fee in the form of
Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Junagarh Agricultural University Fund Account”
of the State Bank of India payable at Junagadh Branch (Code No. 03251).
How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in a prescribed format which can be
downloaded from the www.jau.in fill the application and send it supported with
attested copies of certificates of qualifications and experience, DD to
Registrar, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh – 362 001 on or
before 28-01-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Filled in Applications: 28-01-2013.
