Chennai Vacancies 2012 – Librarian & Library Asst Posts: Employees State Corporation – ESIC has
published a recruitment notification for the recruitment of 06 Librarian Grade
I & Grade II and Library Assistant posts in the office of the ESI
Corporation in Tamil Nadu Region. Eligible candidates may apply through
prescribed application format on or before 07-12-2012. The
information about age limit, educational qualification, how to apply, no of

Vacancy Details:
Total no of Posts: 06
Names of Posts:
1. Librarian Grade I – 01 Post.
2. Librarian Grade II – 01 Post.
3. Library Assistant – 04 Posts.
Age
Limit: Candidate
should have Between 21 and 26 years for Librarian Grade I post, Between 19 and
23 for Librarian Grade II & Library Assistant posts as on 07-12-2012.
Educational
Qualification: Candidate
must possess Matriculation with certificate in Library Science for Library
Assistant post, Matriculation with Diploma in Library Science for Librarian
Grade II post and Graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Library Science for
Librarian Grade I post.
Application
Fee: Candidates need
to pay Rs.225 (Fee Rs.200/- + Postal Charges Rs.25/-) (Rs.25/- Postal Charges
only for SC/ ST/ PH/ Employees of ESIC/ Ex-Servicemen/ Women candidates),
Demand Draft, which should be obtained from any Nationalized/ Scheduled
Banks only to be drawn in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1 and payable at
Chennai.
Selection
Process: Selection
will be done on the basis of performance in written test.

Apply: Eligible
candidates may apply through prescribed application format, available in
the http://www.esichennai.org website, download application form and fill it
with all given mandatory details, affix recent passport size photograph with
duly attested by gazetted officer, along with attested copies of relevant
documents, DD form with super scribing on the envelope “Application for the
Post of __”should be sent by registered post to the Additional
Commissioner, Regional Office, ESI Corporation, 143, Sterling Road,
Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034 on or before 07-12-2012.
