Age Limit: Candidate should have 25-40 years for Asst. Assessment Insp.(Group-C) & Assessment Inspector (Group-C) posts, 21-40 years for Asst. Tax-Collector (Group-C), Vehicles Superintendent (Group-C), Market Inspector (Group-C) posts and 18-40 years for remaining posts as on 01-11-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess VIII Class/ MP or equivalent/ Graduation/ Diploma/ B.Com in relevant disciplines.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Bankers Cheque/ Demand Draft of Rs.100/- for Group-C posts and Rs.50/- for Group-D posts (No fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates).

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, as given in the notification, fill it completely, affix recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate, along with attested copies of  all Certificates/ Testimonials are required to  be attached along with the Application form, two self-addressed envelopes (4”x10”) with requisite Stamps of Rs.5.00, with super scribing on “Application for the Post of Name of the Post & Code Number”, must be sent to the Commissioner Siliguri Municipal Corporation, Baghajatin Road, P.O. Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling Pin code no. 734001 on or before 22-12-2012.
